Can you give me the length from neck to back end

its about 11.5 inches long, neck to back end. about 22 inches around, about 16 inches around the neck. i didnt have anything to measure it with so i used a piece of 11 in paper lol so thats roughly the size.

too big for a small chihuahua, but would work for a weiner dog sized dog lol if that makes sense.
