Unopened package of 6 Flying Saucer Balloons.Instructions on back (shown is scan - but may be too small to read)
1 Grip balloon at each end and stretch it a few times to make it easier to inflate.
2. Insert blow tube into bozzle of balloon.
3. Grip nozzle tightly around the tube to prevent air from escaping and inflate balloon by blowing through tube. Do not over-invlate balloon.
4. Remove tube and pinch nozzle closed with your fingers. Aim balloon upwards in a safe direction. Release nozzle and watch as the balloon flies spinning into the air.
The back also says "hear 'Em whistle" - so I assume they make a noise.
