Disposable or reusable?

Hi, they are marketed as disposable. However, the term is fluid. I personally re-use (but clean obviously!) the same cup for one cycle. It's nice when you are on-the-go, as you can easily clean out the cup and re-insert. Hope this helps! Softcup does make a reusable variety as well.
