According to how you like your blouses to fit, I prefer sorta loose, I would say the top runs smaller than said size. Even though it's cotton and 5% spandex, it doesn't stretch like a 100% cotton knit would.

At front bottom edge of sleeve to other side, it measures 21 inches, so about 42 inches in circumference.
