Now, please note: It also says Folio...but, unless it's somewhere inside the package that I am not seeing, there are ONLY these 3 pieces. So, not sure what that means, as package has never been opened.

Again, never opened, so all pieces are mint. However, note that top right corner of casing ripped (not the seal, just the cardboard backing).
