This is a vintage 2 handle hand painted serving plate.
It has a flower motif with vibrant colors of purple, white, pink and green. Around the inside rim is a very light blue design.
The plate measures 9 1/2 " from handle to handle.
It is marked on the bottom in red and reads " GERMANY 168". I think that is the number, it's hard to tell .
This vintage piece is in Excellent Vintage Condition. There are no chips or cracks that I have noticed.
