This vintage classic Tortolani signed brooch, early 60s style. This brooch know as ribbons and tassels made in antique gold tone. The item is in great shape, structurally sound and has a working pin clasp. No real signs of wear: nicks or scratches. Measures 3 inches in length considered large.
