FREE: 2 Tuna Microwave Recipes (4-16-4)

I am old, basically house bound due to serious Venus ulcer problem with my legs, so I have to keep my feet up all the time. I have almost 4,000 hardback cookbooks in my collection (no paperbacks, spirals, etc) and the Perfect Tuna is one of the quickest, easiest recipes I have tried lately.....'course as a Professional Cook(!), I don't microwave that much. I had all the ingredients called for in the recipe when I decided to give it a try. It calls for hard boiled eggs, which I left out and loved it......ate the whole thing as a meal. I am planning to have it again today, with the eggs, which should be even better. But by not taking time to boil them, it took just minutes to get it into and out of the microwave. (If nothing else, you now know one of the ingredients!) Thanks for asking. If you win this, remind me to suggest something else I changed in the recipe. I should type it into the recipe, maybe.
