It sums up the Gods and Goddesses, Holidays, lunar calendar, practices and rules Wiccan uses. You usually find this in several different books, but its all contained in this one. I've been practicing for about 3-4 years now, and I found some new things and reinforced some old things with this book. I highly recommend this book to EVERYONE, because it tells what the art of witchcraft is about; not "Black Magic" or the Devil, or that we're "scary" or whatever else the stereotype is. This book is down to earth and very accommodating in this century.
