Euonymus japonicus is a popular ornamental plant for parks and gardens, both in its native area and also in Europe and North America. In particular the numerous cultivars which have been selected (often with variegated or yellow leaves) are widely grown in all soil types in sun or shade.

These cuttings are the variegated type. They are super easy care shrubs. They grow just fine in the shade but will tolerate sun and partial sun. I just love these plants. They are evergreen and they lend wonderful color in the winter!

I have some that are rooted. I'll have to check. These root so easily! I can provide fresh, new cuttings as the bush is going crazy this time of year and this is the best time to root cuttings. But yes, I can go either way.
