The listing, Huge Pre-WWII World Stamp Collection has ended.
My grandfather used to collect stamps as a boy in the 1920's and 30's and he passed on his collection to me. What I am selling is an album consisting of approx. 700 stamps. About 25% of these are unused with out postmarks. Pretty much every stamp in the collection pre-dates WWII and there are some really interesting Third Reich German stuff from around the early 20's. There are stamps from the US, Canada, Guatemala, Brasil, Argentina, Austrailia, New Zealand, India, 5 or 6 African countries, and all of Europe. Even from some countries that don't exist anymore. There is a cool Mercedes Benz 75th anniversary set (Selling on Ebay for $29.99), and there are many different presidential stamps, etc. Some of my favorites are from a British Commonwealth that was called Straits Settlements. There's a bunch from there. I have done research into the individual stamps but have not researched each and every stamp. I have never had this collection appraised so I don't know what it's worth. There are no super rare GIANT stamps in here (that I can tell), but I have seen some of the stamps selling in upwards of $40-50 per stamp. There's others selling for $12-15 etc... With 700 stamps, and with the average sell price on Ebay of $2.25 per stamp (plus shipping), this collection has got to be worth at least $500. Shipping will be in a USPS flat rate shipping box if it will fit. $5.95 PayPal for shipping. Thanks and good luck!
