The Big Book of Cookies: 233 pages
Ultimate Cheesecakes: 322 pages

Some of the cheesecake recipies I would never have thought of, but I've made a couple and they are quite sinful!

I have both books via pdf on my kitchen computer which is fabulous if I'm short of counter space, as I can either have the PC read it to me and/or flip the monitor (wall mounted) and cook/bake without the killing of trees. :)

Please let me know if you would like me to email them to you and/or put them on disc and mail to you free of charge.
