Beautiful vintage 925 heart pendant w/diamond accent - very pretty, dainty "love" heart pendant with tiny diamonds, 18" chain, 925 sterling with gold overlay. pendant is 1/2" at the widest point and 1/2" in length. excellent condition! no wearing, tarnishing, dents or dings! great for mother's day!!

i know it is vintage because of the time span of the dementia/alzheimer's/passing of the very special lady who left her jewelry, both real and costume, to me.
