approx. how much does the film run...and how many exposures?

The camera takes Poloroid 500 film which has ten exposures. You can find online and at some shops. The prices vary. Some sell it in bulk and some by the pack.

Hasn't the Polaroid 500 film been discontinued? I can't seem to find a place to buy it new, otherwise I would love to have this camera. I read that some Fuji film fits but which one?

I'm just afraid to buy the old stock when some people have complained of a yellowish tint or it not exposing at all. :(
