Beautiful blooms everyone asked about them when we grew them last year, seeds are ready in the fall you will notice the difference as soon as the seeds start falling off the flower cut the flower head off and dry like herbs, seeds will fallout when you shake it put a container under where your drying them. Seeds can be used as a grain, popped as popcorn, can also be sprouted, many different uses, and there is a lot of recipes out there if you do a search.
