I had this made for my wife yrs ago, From what we can remember it is diamond, Stones used from a ring she had (that had to be cut off her finger) It does have markings on the inside but we are old and eye sight is not good, It looks like a diamond mark in it,and says sterling. There are 3 stones missing, the prongs are still there, maybe someone can add some stones, It is sterling Silver. This is a Beautiful ring.. PLEASE ask questions if needed.. Like i said it was yrs ago and we are going by memory..
