White elastic shoelaces. Easy to install. Just pop the ends through your eyelets and you're good to go. Factory sealed set comes with a pair containing 8 laces each to fit most any shoes.
I use these on my son's shoes, and as destructive as he is, he has had them for over a year and has not had any problem yet. A lot of other brands will break or come off, but these don't.

They are elastic, and look like I's. You thread the T shape ends through the eyelets (the elastic expands back to the shape of a T to keep them in place) and that's it! It's very simple.
