No it doesn't. It is just a curved ring, neither end has a screw where you would put a ball, so i don't think it is supposed to have one. It is brand new though, never opened and never worn.

Just a hoop? There should be a ball.. Since there's no threads on either end there should be a pressure ball that would fit between.. That's odd. Nice listing tho
