Well not new but if you wanna get smart about it , it works and has no scratches at all. And the only pice that is missin is the part to the charger witch you can buy from gamestop or any other electronic store

im trust worthy......i have 2 negitives...1 from my ex....personal beef..lol..and 1 from a guy who got mad i didmnt reply to him even after listia said issue was closed.....but that last 1 was way back...im veruy honest n my prices are nice n reasonable:)
