it's definately weighted. There are ALOT of beads and sequins on this blouse. What I like about it is the weight. I never had to worry about strong wind pushing it up against my body or this blouse flying up in light winds. Thanks for commenting. Have a Blessed Day!

Are you sure its a 3X?Laying flat from arm pit to arm pit it should be 29-30 inches across.25 &1/2 is a XL.Thank you
