The listing, Anchor Bathing Suit has ended.

I ordered this bathing suit from Wish.com

Their sizing is wonky sometimes due to Asian to American conversions and the difference in body types.

I ordered this in a size XXXL, I normally wear a US Large or XLarge. The bathing suit is too short for my torso and too small for my cups.

These are the measurements as best I can take them, all measurements were taken of the garment unstretched:
Across the bust = 15.5 inches
Vertically from top of bust line to crotch =21 inches
Across hips = 17 inches
Across waist = 15 inches
Across leg hole openings = 11 inches

I don't know how to measure the cup size but the cups are padded well for lift and have underwire for support.

Well, you are getting outbid because the current bidder has placed in their high bid. Listia holds the credits they bid on the item on reserve and only put in enough of those to maintain the top bid. Do you to become the high bidder you would have to put in a bid that is greater than the max bid they have on reserve. Listia keeps it a secret how much the current bidders max bid is, even I don't don't.

Well, I gave plenty of measurements of the actual garment. It doesn't fit me so I don't know how my measurements would help others aside from maybe cup size. I don't think height is as important as torso length, which I noted at about 21inches. Please refer to the description for the measurements of the bathing suit as taken to the best of my ability. For the cups, I'm not sure what size they are. So for that I will mention that I am a DD cup, these are smaller C-D maybe? I haven't worn those sizes in a long time so I don't recall really.

I'm sorry, Asian sizing is hit or miss sometimes.
