I'm not sure why that would matter. If I insure the package and it's lost or damaged I would receive the funds from a claim, not the buyer.

Could really make use of this!! Quick question(s) Do you know the approx. length of the cord? Also, my guess?!! is that one fill "port" is for a cleanser? Can you use any brand that works for a "scrubber" in general or is it a Dirt Devil product easily found? Thank You!!!

Hi! I will measure the cord, I don't know the length off the top of my head. There is one fill port. I never put cleanser in it. I used water in it and stain fighter on the carpet.
