Gently used, clean plates & works great. (Just tested it.)

I bought this when I was in high school (in my mid 30's now) and its been sitting in my cabinet drawer in my bathroom. It's hardly used (guessing, maybe 10-20 times at most). The heat setting works from from 1-20. On/Off buttons work great too. Plates measure 3/4" x 3 5/16".

Hi. Yes if you win someone's auction, you provide your verified address and the seller ships the item(s) to your house. Then you leave feedback. Most sellers offer free shipping but some charge if they're not able to pay for shipping. When I first started, I couldn't afford shipping each thing but later on decided to offer free shipping. It encourages bidding as the buyer is using their credits and not having to worry about paying for shipping. Hope this helps. I don't mind at all. Everyone is new at everything at some point. Local pickup means just that. I'm in the Atlanta, GA area and if a winner wants to pick up their item locally, we can meet up. I've never had anyone close enough to do that, but you never know. Although, without this sounding negative, I can't drive to the other side of Atlanta if someone wants to pick up. They'll have to come to my side of town near me. Mainly around my county area.

Local pick up is if you are local and want to come pick it up. You do not have to live near here to get the item. If you win my auction, you'll select for me to ship it or if you want to pick it up.

Whenever you win someones auction, after its over and you go into the listing, you will need to send your verified shipping address to the seller for them to ship the item to you. You'll go through your Listia account to verify your shipping address. That's kind of like saying "yes that is my confirmed shipping address and I've double checked it." Most are free shipping and some you'll have to pay for shipping (most accept Paypal for payment which is secure and the safest way to pay the other person because they never sees your credit or debit card or bank routing/account numbers, plus you have 6 mos protection on purchases through Paypal).
