All of my recipes auction are recipes I have made at home in my kitchen and my pictures are taken by me, of my food.***Neilfred's Banana Cream Pie*** This pie and all my other recipes are from my many cookbooks. This Banana Cream Pie was written for my Nephew Neil, that I have called Neilfred since for ever. He was just as sweet as this, easy to prepare pie. All my Wonderful Recipes are printed out on 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of paper. And mailed using First Class Postage, everyday of the week. Cheers! From My Happy Kitchen to Yours

Have you ever had a coconut banana cream pie? My former Mother-in-law, bless her soul, used to make one and I was too young to realize I was missing out on getting some great recipes. I am also looking for something she just called Carrot Stew. It was made with a beef roast, lots of carrots and ketchup and she served it over mashed potatoes. It was so totally awesome. I would gladly pay to get either of those recipes.

I have a Really Grand Coconut Banana Cream Pie recipe, I will have to make one up, so I will have pictures for the auction. I will let ((((YOU)))) when I post it. As, for the Carrot Stew I will have to do some home work on that one, I will let You know what I find. Cheers!
