Description

The listing, Tulle remnants and a scrap tutu has ended.

The tulle on this tutu can be reused. It was my first attempt at making a tulle tutu and I just haven't taken it apart. I can however if you'd like.
The two bags have strips of tulle.

Definitely usable tulle for crafters.

I made it for a toddler. However I don't believe it's in good enough shape to be used as a tutu yet you could pull the tulle off and make your own or use the tulle in some other way. I made it as a practice to two before I made an actual tutu
