It's been vacant since the early 90's you can rent it out for 400.00 per night. I was there all the time,lived just miles away in a 105 yr old funeral home. No doubt the victims are still there and some believe as do I whoever killed the family whatever test it was when they died they took came back to that home. Either because they are stuck from the actions they committed or because they are sick and want to be around the victims of this crime.

Interested anyways! Highlight of my obsession..having the history channels ancient aliens overnight ghost hunting at my house in 2012!

Sounds very creepy. I certainly hope that you moved. Preferably far away from that house. Just curious, how close did you live to the actual house? Also, according to the book, the current residents still have extensive experiences with the paranormal.....

Being from the East coast, I've never heard of it but I looked it up in The Ghost Hunter's Field Guide and it was among one of the sites listed!!! Very gruesome crime indeed. Do you know if they ever caught the killer? That piece of information wasn't mentioned.

Never have although they held trials for some suspects-wife's child hood friend is related to the victims- my child hood friend related to one of the suspects. The case is over 100 yrs old.

WOW!! It's unbelievable that you and your wife are both so closely related to the case. Especially since the case is so old. I also find it incredible that you lived in a home that used to be a funeral home. Especially since, the victims were probably brought to the funeral home after the crime. You must be very brave!!
