If an Asian XL is it the same as American XL

Sometimes it can run smaller. But I have ordered several clothing items that were an Asian size XL and they fit the same way a US size large or extra large would fit. I would say this dress was true to size. If it were any smaller I would have disclosed that information. It is a beautiful dress. If you are comfortable with it being a bodycon, it should look great on you.

Hey! I love this dress! My measurements are very weird. I'm 5'2, 34B, and my hips measure 34in. Is this dress too big for me?

if you would want it to fit as a mini dress then yes I would say it would be too large for you. But if you don't mind it being a little longer it should fit fine. It will fit your bust and hips measurements. I'm 5'7 so it was too short for me.
