Got as gift a year ago not sure about update or exactly its age seems pretty new to me have used it a few times and is good to have. Very dependable. Has no wear is always stored in my car kept clean.

No I didn't even use it when I got it! Its pretty self explanatory easier then cell phones, just put in your zip code city and state and everything else is easy. Can get anything else online.

I've had the same one, it had to be updated constantly by connecting to a computer with Wi-Fi of course. Hated it, returned & bought Garmin, they update automatically by satellite.
