Kitchen done in RED? Well here is a great accessory for you! White with red stripes and matching red crocheted top. Finished with a lovely floral button. My Mom makes these towels and as always she only uses brand new materials; towel, yarn, and button. Mom also uses the whole towel, her's are never cut in half. Washer and dryer safe and made with superior craftsmanship.

Very nice! I've seen or used these through the years but haven't seen one done with the entire towel. Is the hanger part in the middle or end somehow? Thanks!

The way Mom makes hers is the towel is folded and pressed in half. Then she crochets straight across the crease so the button top ends up centered on the towel. Hope that helps. I love these and have several of my own. Good luck if you bid and thanks for stopping by!

Thanks! My color is off on my computer, is this a darker red, maroon, so to speak? Looking for kitchen/dining room items with a dark red or gold color. This would do quite well! I just thought of this since the good old grab the towel with dirty hands and stain it. Would it work to put a second button on the back side? Leave it to me... At least you could display it a lot longer too! Thanks so much, watching closely!

The red on this one is like a flat red, if that makes sense. To me it looks like a barn red. Not maroon nor a bright red. I guess you could put a button on the back or even just turn it around and fold the handle the opposite direction and button it on the underside. I did have some gold with burgundy tops but those have been auctioned.
