I won this on listia, i have recieved it in the mail and what do i know, it dont fit my fatty dog! LOL but its up for grabs again.... it is very cute with neat designs on it, there is a tag on the back of it for easier walking when on a leash. its a size small i believe. If you have any questions please ask, also please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

I have a weenie dog, his ribs are too big is why it didnt fit him, I dont know if it would or not, but i personally would think it would because they are smaller boned than my dog is, this is a size small and it has a harness on it which is great for walking, and the weight says SM length is 10"-13" and weight is 7-12lb ,,, apparently my max is over 12lb LOL

i would think it would fit a min pin, my max is just fat around the chest, it fit him ALMOST around the chest and the rest was ok. but yes i think it would fit one
