Velvet Torch Stretch Red Dress has wider shoulder straps and a v-cut neckline which longer necklaces to add a flirty look pairs perfectly. The bust is slightly gathered. The empire waist is paneled with a matching solid band. The gathered skirt drops down to a wide banded hem with a bubble effect. This dress is fully lined. Fits well, just note the length tends to be on shorter side.

@Vrobin1068 My apologies, besides the pictures (size shown on tag), I only noted the size in the Title, nonetheless, it's a size small.
Side note: I usually wear small/medium and this dress has the stretch-like material that allows for someone of a medium wearer, and most likely even large to work with it...still look stunning & feel great wearing it. The bubble-like style flows outward & it compliments any figure, concealing any body 'flaws' you think you may have. For someone who wears smalls, it fits a bit longer on the legs.
