thanks for looking. Please understand that I am disabled and rely on the kindness of my neighbors to help me to the post office expecially on the weekends when post office is closed. For this I will only shipout on Saturdays, from this point forward.

the basket is heavy enough to exceed that amount based on location alone. But I capped at that amount. If I can send it priority mail for same amount it will go out that way and get there sooner. Parcel post shipping with USPS is economy shipping, but with the weight of the box and the girth of the box, it cost more to ship. I package my baskets thoroughly so that there is not any problems within transportation. That the winner receives in the same condition in which I shipped it off at.

I don't do UPS or FedEx because they both ship through the post office. I could ship Greyhound but it would take twice as long to get there. DHL is no longer in USA. So if you ship regularly than you would know that already. I have been doing my online business since 2000, I do know what I am doing.
