How big is this? Is it for a traditional tree (say, 6 or 7 feet tall) or is it more for a 4 foot tree or smaller?

not real sure it is 19 inches round if that helps you. Ty for stopping by and asking you and yours have a Merry Christmas. I do have another skirt on her that is way bigger but it is vintage in great shape but you have like that look.
