yes you use (Inhale)this before after or during meals and it works to keep your mind off snacking. Great citrus scent, grapefruit and spearmint are great for weight loss
These last a long time, I have put around 10 drops in my inhaler and it has gone the whole month and is still strong. That was my 2nd time adding drops. I have lost 12 pounds in 3 months using this. hope this has helped you
