If you look at photo 1 and 2 you will see the hem is a bit different...When I received it I wrote them and they said it was the lighting?It is a flat hem with no tulle...

Its Agan Traders http://www.amazon.com/Agan-Traders-Wedding-Evening-Sleveless/dp/B00CYWUEYE this is the site where I bought it but they are no longer selling the rust color. I'm a 2x and it is roomy. The straps are adjustable for smaller or bigger busts and there is no zipper or tie its a pull over.
