This is a black quilted skirt with some flowers to decorate it. It is a Joe B skirt that is made of 95%
Polyester and 5% Spandex. It is a size Medium in the Jr. Department at Kolhs. It is brand new with out tags. Machine washable, cold water. Gentle Cycle, don't bleach. Hang or lay flat to dry.
It has a black, elastic waist band that can stretch in case you need a little extra room on occasion .
