Charlotte Russe Medium Leggings. I tried to get good good pics of front and back so you can see how unique these are. You can actually see through the thighs ;) 95% Cotton and 5% Spandex. The tag says Medium but based on the waist size, I'm calling these a small, maybe even extra small. Measurements are: waist 24 - 26", length is 32 - 33" depending on your thigh and calf size. You could roll them up if you prefer capris.
