This is a brand new pair of Just My Size women's 3X Average (22W/24W) pull-on, elastic waist in back, side pockets, straight leg, some stretch, pinstripe charcoal and black pants. The fabric is cotton/poly/spandex. I am not sure how the colors will show up on your monitor, but the pants are dark, and the picture with pocket looks lighter than true on my monitor.
