This is a thin material, on the shorter side, sundress. Dress is fabulously decorated, the sleeves can be worn over shoulder or drooping off the shoulder, and it has VERY stretchable material that is not worn out at ALL. Great for hotter days, although it's black, and is ONE SIZE FITS ALL.

If u ship Priority Flat Rate tracking is free; otherwise it does cost. Cheapest way is plastic envelope/bag they have them on here.

You do want to ship with tracking, otherwise the buyer can say they never received it and you'll be out the dress and credits.

It doesn't say, but it is very thin, breathable material... That's why it's great for being outdoors. :)

No it shouldn't cost extra. You just ask them for tracking number when you go and ship it. A tracking number is where they give you a number and you input that number on their website and it will tell you where the package is. It protects you and when you are a new user, it makes bidders more comfortable on bidding and you will receive higher bids with a tracking number.
