25 Cortaderia seeds, evergreen perennial in zones 6 - 10, annual in colder zones (may be overwintered with care). Female plants develop beautiful pink plumes, excellent for dried arrangements. 6 to 12 feet tall.

At least 25 teensy seeds.

How much sun do these things need? What season are the best in? Would they be a good plant to grow in a place like Ohio?

I'm in Ohio, they can do well here (I say "can", because the ice storm in February killed a lot of my plants that otherwise would have been perennial). They like full sun, but tolerate part shade well. They also really dislike transplantation, so they're best direct sown in early Spring.
