What is this made off? It looks like paper, but the $10 shipping fee implies it's much heavier.

I'll take some more pictures when I get home . .. this is a wooden hutch you can hang on the wall or set on a shelf. The picture is of the nativity and there are small hooks all over it. Each numbered box has an ornament inside and there is a booklet you read from for each day/ornament.
