The beautiful purple liatris!! This plant is easy and pretty and it even reseeds itself every year once it's established. It grows all over the NE. US. Plant the seeds 3/8 inches deep. Liatris likes a full sunny location and well drained soil. I love Liatris. I'm trying to get some going in my gardens too. Not sure how well it will do in Florida but it's worth the try!

Besides it's obvious beauty, Liatris attracts hummingbirds and butterflies too!
