The listing, B-25 Carrier Launch Air Show Poster has ended.

In Feb. 1942, a carrier carrying two B-25's sailed out to sea from Norfolk VA to test if B-25's could be launched from an aircraft carrier. The secret mission was the inspiration for the Doolittle raid on Tokyo. The Warbirds Over The Beach Air Show featured the event on special posters for the 2016 air show. The 8 1/2 x 11 poster is printed on high gloss paper and looks great framed. Please enlarge to see the poster the winner will be receiving.
