Description
The listing, Black/gray chemo cap has ended.
I began making these caps when I was chemo-bald. More comfortable and lighter than a wig, but they made me smile when I looked in the mirror--something I badly needed! I wear them now on bad hair days. This one is a light weight one, great for summer. Fits average size head. Points include shipping.
Questions & Comments
It will be nice to have a variety if i also win this one. I also won your green one
Need to get a new router (mine is working erratically). Then once it's installed and going, I'll work on the pictures. I found them fun to wear...and still wear some even if my hair is back.
Thought I'd pop back in to let you know that while my router has been replaced, I came down with a nasty tummy bug. Better now but still rocky so it probably will be tomorrow or the next day before I take pictures and post more hats.
oh its ok i just got my green one and i know what they look like and i love it....i'm wearing it now. Other colors would be awesome but take your time if your not feeling good.
Well, I may end up with more to offer. Felt so punky most of today that I sat and watched TV (boring!) and knit. Finished one really cute one and have another well on the way. Still hoping to feel good enough to take pictures tomorrow. Thanks for letting me know the green one arrived.
I have two friends going thur chemo. I am so sorry. All of you are in my prayers. I would like to win this for them. Both are so young. Both my parents past away of cancer as well. momma has been gone for 23 years and Daddy 8 . Many Blessings ot all of you.
May God guide all of your loved ones. I've been sick (tummy flu this week but have some pinched nerve problems) so I need to get pictures, but I do have more caps to post. Hoping to get pix this afternoon or tomorrow.
Oh, meant to say, that it was radiation that finally zapped the breast cancer that had metatasized to a lung. It left some scars and has caused a few other problems, of course. Cancer just isn't a win/win situation...even after!
