This is one of my pastel flower artworks.
I painted it from a flowering bulb in my own home in Oklahoma.
I grew this flower in the window above my garden during the final days of the winter's cold. This plant life bloomed just in time for the spring holidays.

This is a hand transferred print on a wood panel.
The process is difficult and loses bits and pieces of the original during a finger scrubbing stage.... but it gives it a special charm when the bright colors survive. Believe me, I spent several horrible hours on this.

This 5x6 inch high gloss coated wood print is signed on the back side.
