The only thing wrong with it is the little rubber piece that covered the charging port isn't there. I changed carriers is all.

Does this phone have a clear ESN ready for reactivation with Verizon? If you are uncertain, check the label (under the battery) on the phone for a number that says DEC/ESN. Enter it in at www.checkesnfree.com and it will tell you.

When you say that you don't think it has a clear ESN, do you mean that you still owe money on the account, or that it is Verizon and cannot be switched over to another provider?

Yes that is correct I still owe some on verizion. As a newbie to this I did not realize that it would be an issue sorry.
