This black blow up.... item....doesn't have any identifying markings on it. Please comment if you know what this is!

The eyes are holographic and the yellow plastic skirt may be moved around a bit. It was found in a box with items from the 1970s and earlier.

It will ship as is; I'm not able to easily pull out the blow tab and don't want to cause any damage.
