To be perfectly honest, I don't know and I don't know how to find out. All the tag says is Made in China and 100% wool. If I had to guess, i would say maybe an 8 or somewhere around there. My husband wears about a 7 and it is too big for him.

as it stands right now, all shipping to the us is free as long as you can wait until i get paid for me to ship. If not, then you would have to pay for exact shipping for me to ship sooner. I get paid every two weeks, so i have a lot to ship out on my paydays.

It is a very nice hat & it is close to the one worn in the "new" Sherlock Holmes movie but not the same. I wouldn't lie to ya as a Costume/Wardrobe designer and former WholeSale Hat rep for Eric Javitz in NY. Good luck selling you've got tons of people interested.
