These are probably a few years old. Just sold my stamp collection a few months back on eBay, and ran across these.I looked at the open one, they are still loose, didn't get moisture in. Had them in a ziplock.
I collected stamps off and on for 30 years, and once I tried these, never used a different brand.
One envelope is still sealed, 1000 hinges
The other one is open but has more than one package worth in it
Sealed one weighs 0.608oz, open one weighs 0.693oz. So probably around 1200 in it? The envelope itself probably weighs a couple ounces
