I do have a very busy life, between working,children and everything in between , therefore I am not always on and I normally do not message unless I have a question or concern I just send your item. If you request a refund 3 days after winning because you haven't heard from me well you will be blocked,plain and simple.

I send in an envelope with stamp(s) when possible, shipping is not cheap, and in order to provide free shipping on as many listings as I can this is the only way to do so. Even though it's free for you, it's not free for me☺
I do purchase my postage from the post office and receive a receipt for each piece of mail/package that I send, the receipt will show the destination postal code for each item, I also take pictures of every envelope /package I send. Sure it's very time consuming but I need to protect myself
So... If you are someone who likes to make claims of not receiving, I WILL dispute and submit proof that I sent, and you will absolutely be blocked
I have had a run of bad apples lately and I'm getting very frustrated with the level of ignorance and dishonesty some people will go to, just to get something for free, it's not right!!!
